While technology-enabled learning offers advantages like cooperative and collaborative learning, it may not suit all students. Some students require additional motivation. Designing learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and individual goals within the course framework is crucial. This approach shifts the role of the instructor from merely providing instruction to guiding students in acquiring information for real-world application.

Employing a blend of methodologies involving collaboration, cooperation, and the experiential learning theory enables students to assume a more active role in their learning environment. This approach fosters higher-level thinking, leading to a deeper understanding of the material.

Instructors need to coach students appropriately so the students do not croos the line into academic dishonesty. As an instructor I am learning where the line is.

the section pointed out some uses of ChatGPT that I had not considered, I had thought of AI as a research tool to get started on a topic but I had not gone the next step in thinking about using ChatGPT to generate example reports. Seems obvious in hindsight, since I knew the tool could create whole stories, but I had the functions seperate in my mind.

As a new educator, this module helped me to understand ChatGPT; benefits and limitations. As long as students are using it to initiate ideas versus plagiarism I find it could be helpful. 

I feel that Chat GPT could be used to answer some more basic questions about certain parts of some curriculums. 

I have learned What AI and Chat bots are used for in todays society.

I typically encourage students to use google and wikipedia to start their research on a topic with the admonishment those two tools are not valid references in an academic paper.  

Start with google, locate a wikipedia article to get a background o the topic and gain an understanding of the jargon related to the topic. Then back to google to research further areas suggested by the wikipedia article. The references at the end of the wikipedia article and the additional research prompted by the article often provide a solid basis for starting a paper.
